The tv had to be fixed. All this happened around 10pm and it was switched out by midnight. The shower head had no power so showering was difficult.

The facility was fine for my needs. Reception staff very nice amd helpful overall However, VERY disappointed in the housekeeping end of things. We were there for three nights and NO ONE ever came to clean our room! They said the beds would be changed every 3 days - and even THEN they did not come! Totally unacceptable! It has made me decide to never stay there again. What a shame, as everthing else about the hotel was great.

Overall nice stay. Please add more food choices or add more workers for late night shifts. Wait times were extremely too long for food. Food would come out for to-go orders and they would sit on counter for 10 minutes or long (getting cold) due to it only being 1 or 2 workers at the register and both were taking orders. Needed someone to stop and push out the orders that were already completed

Was a good stay had an issue with the tv not working the hotel staff got it going within 30 minutes. The rooms were pretty clean and the beds comfortable. Would have been nice to have 2 soft pillows. Each bed had 4 pillow but all the pillows were very firm. Prices were pretty high but it was the weekend The casino was nice lots of good games
