booked an executive suite but they said the current guests refused to leave the room..it was 10:30 at night and the manager was not available. they downgraded us to standard queen and didnt offer any discount. horrible customer service.

Staff gets a big thumbs up for being responsive. TV remote batteries were dead & TV wasn't connected to cable when we arrived. But only took a phone call to the front desk & 5 minutes for all to be well. Good breakfast. Location is close to airport - rated it lower just because it's kind of industrial. Overall great stay!
