Welcome to our house !
This house wants to be friendly, warm, like us. The home of friends!
Our boatmaster's house erected in Lanildut granite dates from 1687 and was completely renovated in 2018.
The T-shaped building is distributed as follows: a main body with a drop in the frame to the north.
On the ground floor, the 50m² living room will be your perfect haven of relaxation (a table with 12 place settings, 2 sofas, armchairs) with a monumental fireplace.
Four granite steps provide access to a bathroom with a toilet and the kitchen which is equipped with a fridge-freezer, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave as well than a large work plan. You can directly access the garden from this kitchen.
You will go up to the first floor by a staircase with straight banister in massive cut stones of Aber-Ildut, where you will find three rooms. (Bedroom 1: 1 bed of 1.40; Bedroom 2: 1 bed of 1.40, Bedroom 3: bed 1.80m or 2 beds 0.90), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet
Above in the attic is a Family room (Convertible bench into a double bed, plus 2 0.90m beds) and a parental suite (1.80m bed or 2 0.90 beds) access by spiral staircase.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the barn adjoining the house.
SOUTH of the house is a walled high wall garden
The Garden located to the North East of the house with apple trees will give a perfect playground for your children (unheated above-ground swimming pool) and will be the ideal place to relax in this green setting sheltered from the wind thanks to these high perimeter walls.
Cot, high chair
This house is our home base for the weekend, a reunion with our geographically scattered friends.
We like to come there to recharge our batteries, spend evenings by the fireside, enjoy the iodized walks and the port of Lanildut 2 minutes on foot (pier for the islands of Ouessant and Molène).
If you would like more information, don't hesitate to contact us, see you soon!
