Really Enjoyable
"We’ve been to Marrakesh many times but this was our first with children. So we chose this hotel as it said heated pool (it wasn’t heated enough for us to get into it) and it worked out really well.
They have great facilities for tennis basketball football and the food was really excellent. The Moroccan food and the pasta bar - it was truly lovely.
The shuttle to the medina is a great service and the room was perfect.
I wish they had smart tvs so we could hook up our Netflix on colder nights.
Cosmetics; shower gels etc were just gorgeous.
One con - the pool needs to be heated more for winter visitors. I found it odd that the shallow baby pool wasn’t even heated when babies could really do with warmer water.
Warmer water for us to swim would have made it perfect. Maybe a family swim time in the indoor pool would be an idea to offer so families can bring kids for a swim on winter days. Even a designated hour! "
