This 4 bedroom 4 bath property on the London Bridge golf course has beautifully appointed interiors with extras such as a pool table, and gourmet kitchen. Bathrooms were remodeled and living spaces have been upgraded to new marble tile flooring. The backyard has a private pool, hot tub, covered furnished patios, barbecue area, beautiful mature landscaping & excellent golf course views.

This home is currently remodeled as 2 masters w/in suite bath and king size beds, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the large 4th bedroom has 2 queen size beds. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, two refrigerators, and everything a chef would need to host. The living room, has sound system, flat screen, blu-ray, cable and wireless internet. There is a formal dining room as well as separate breakfast nook surrounded by glass windows. The entertainment room has pool table and its own TV. The house has two smart touch screen air conditioning panels to operate the separate units so the house stays extra cool. There is a 3 car garage with 2 of the 25 foot extra long garage spaces available for guests use. The 3rd garage area has been used as a full sized gym. It also maintains a large driveway with side area for an RV or Boat. There is an EV or Tesla 220Volt outlet for guest usage with your own adapter plug.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Grace Arts Live. A gym, a spa tub, and an arcade/game room are available. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the vacation home.

Beautifully Decorated Home
The home is very well appointed and beautifully decorated. Very clean. Carianne and Michael were kind to provide welcome snacks. Pool table and home gym were some of our favorite amenities. The property overlooks the golf course and has gorgeous views all the way down to the lake. We enjoyed all the time spent in the pool; morning, noon and night. I can’t say enough about what a beautiful home, property and neighborhood this is and what a a struggle it was to leave.

Beautiful home with every amenity needed for rest and play.
This property is immaculate and has everything included to make your stay comfortable and seamless. The two masters with on-suite bathrooms were the biggest draw to this property. The backyard is amazing with lake views, a pool, a hot tub, a bbq, and multiple outdoor seating areas. The Gym is top-notch with everything needed for even the biggest gym rats. We are already planning another stay in the near future and would highly recommend this property to friends family and colleagues.

This is a well provisioned home, so many of the simple extras made a big difference. Such comfortable beds and very clean. The most amazing spa ever with the best outdoor area to enjoy fully. We were outdoors from breakfast to sundown on the days we stayed at the house. It was everything we had hoped for and more. A gem
This home is beautiful, inside and out. In a nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The owners are very accommodating and answers all your questions which we had some being first time visitors to Havasu. House is clean, artful and has everything ready. Let me not forget to mention they leave a welcoming goodie basket with a personalized note, which really added that over the top touch!

The house was amazing for our entire family and exceeded our expectations in every way. The pool area looked like a tropical oasis and they spared no expense on the trees and plants. It was beautiful at night with all the up-lights! The beds were very comfortable and we were so grateful for them, especially after a long day out! The owner’s were very good at communicating and responding to any question I had for them. Again, the house was gorgeous and in a wonderful location. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation spot
Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home. Owners were really great to work with and very responsive. We loved the sweet personal touches they left us to make our stay more enjoyable. The house was beautiful and the outside pool area was delightful. Our stay was in July and it was very hot! I would recommend coming when the temperature is milder to really enjoy that outdoor area. Overall we had a great vacation!

We all enjoyed this lovely home, kitchen is spacious and well stocked with everything you need to cook Breakfast lunch and dinner. Bedrooms had very clean and comfy sheets. Bathrooms were very clean as well. It was like staying at a modern hotel.
