Welcome to the luxurious fully remodeled Kapalua Bay Villa #37B1. Bright and airy, with comfortable furniture and modern appliances. Scenic ocean view, a 5-minute walk to Kapalua Bay, Montage Resort, tennis, golf, hiking, zip-lining, amazing restaurants, and a first-class spa. Kapalua Bay Villas is a low-density high-end community within the Kapalua Resort. A 15-min drive to Kaanapali, and a 20-min drive to Lahaina to explore the island. World-renowned golf, tennis, beaches, and views for a perfect vacation.

Kapalua Bay Villa #37B1 is a spacious, almost 1,000 sq. ft., one-bedroom, one-bath. Ocean and garden views from the patio (lanai). Three pools and two tennis courts on the property. Conveniently located close to everything in Kapalua. 5-minute walk to Kapalua Bay beach or Oneloa beach.

The living room has a Queen-size sofa bed and can fit one twin-size air mattress if needed. 85'' Smart TV for your private movie night or sporting event viewing with superior sound and picture quality. Fast Wi-fi. Plenty of storage.

Modern dining area and a new kitchen equipped with all new appliances, pots, pans, dishes, cups, wine glasses, utensils, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker, small food processor, coffee grinder, microwave, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher, large fridge, pot to make hot water, toaster, cocktail shaker.

Walk out to your private lanai to enjoy the ocean and garden view, magnificent sunsets, and mesmerizing island sunrises. The lanai has plenty of room to store your boogie boards and sand toys, and we have 1 large and 1 small cooler, two sand chairs, and a beach umbrella for you to use. The patio has a bar-high table and chairs plus two regular high patio chairs and a small coffee table.

The Master bedroom has a Stearns and Foster king-size mattress that you will appreciate after a long day of traveling and exploring, a Tommy Bahama bedroom set, designer lamps, a 55" Smart TV, all-new window covers, a private patio, wall art featuring "Jerry Lopez Surfboards" picture by the famous Maui photographer.

The bathroom has two vanities, a large closet, and a walk-in shower. The bedroom, bathroom, and toilet have privacy locks. The closet in the bathroom has a safe for your valuables.

High capacity new touchscreen washer and dryer in unit, quiet and efficient.

Traveling with family and friends and needing more space - please ask about our downstairs Kapalua Bay Villas Unit #37G2 and book two units to stay close to your traveling crew!

Kapalua is located on the West Side of Maui - it's about 1 hour from the Airport (sometimes longer in traffic), 30 min from Lahaina, and 20 min from Kaanapali. If you are not familiar with Maui, please review a map of Maui online or other travel reference sources to understand the location of the Kapalua area. Perception of time is different for everyone, for some travelers it is not a problem to drive to Kaanapali for a luau show for 20 min, while others consider it to be too far.

We do not recommend this unit for children under 5 years old.

Kapalua Bay Villas are ideal for an active family vacation (with kids ages 5 and older) filled with hiking, snorkeling, swimming, surfing, golf, tennis, and exploring the beautiful island of Maui, for couples (anniversaries, honeymoons, getaways from it all, spa, golf, tennis, dining), and for travelers who appreciate less crowded, peaceful, and quality destinations.

Please Note Kapalua Bay Villa guests and residents DO NOT have access to Montage recreational pools but nothing stops them from enjoying a mai tai at the Montage pool bar next door and a dinner at Cane & Canoe where you can walk without driving!

Beautiful Unit and Incredible View

Very clean, modern, functional unit with breathtaking views of the ocean and the island of Moloka'i. My wife and I really appreciated the minutes walking distance to the Kapalua Bay beach and the Napili Bay beach, as well as other nearby restaurants. The host was very helpful and attentive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!!!

This was a work trip but the views of Molokai across the channel are amazing. Location is convenient to beaches and pool. Unit spacious and well appointed. Well laid out. Bed very comfortable. Would stay here again .

Amazing Kapalua property

Everything about this villa was top-notch. Very clean, airy and bright. The view from the small porch is spectacular. Having a washer and dryer on hand was invaluable. It is very calm and peaceful (albeit windy). Unfortunately our stay was cut short by the tragic wildfires nearby, but the property owner could not have been more gracious and responsive while we navigated what was going on. The unit is also very close to pools and tennis, which is a huge bonus. The large tv was impressive as well. We hope to return again, and can only hope this area of Maui recovers quickly from such a devastating incident. Regardless, our stay here was wonderful and we definitely recommend booking this villa!

The Photos are an accurate representation of the unit. Perfectly clean and ready when expected. The proximity to golf made it an easy choice, but the layout and access to the beach made it the best choice. We would look for availability and stay here if it was open in the future.

Beautiful Villa

This was a very beautiful villa in an upscale neighborhood. The villa was everything we could hope for. View was lovely. Many walking options. Also, in all the Vrbo rentals I have made, this owner was the easiest I have ever worked with.

It was amazing!

This property was immaculate and beautifully decorated with anything we could need on our trip. The view was incredible and we couldn't get enough of watching the view on the patio or in the huge picture window. The location was perfect and right next to the trail path of Kapalua and steps from the most stunning views and a few minute trail to 2 beaches. This condo was incredible and perfect for our needs.

The property was top notch. The location was wonderful, right on the Kapalua trail, great ocean view from the lanai, very clean and updated. Perfect for me, my husband and our 3 kids. A short walk to Kapalua Bay, which is one of our favorite beaches! We loved being away from the hustle and crowds of Kaanapali. The villas is right between The Montage and St. Regis, so a beautiful area! There is a general market close by which has ready to order hot and cold food and also Merrimans, which is a beautiful restaurant. Overall great stay and can’t wait to come back!

From Sunrise to Sunset

Incredible views and location! There are two balconies; one for sunrise and one for sunset. The location is quiet and there is a nearby walking trail. We walked the trail to access Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa Bay, and DT Fleming to snorkel, swim, and relax! At night we were able to cook our meals, relax on the balcony, listen to the palms flow in the wind as we watched the color of the sky transition to night. After the day in the heat, it felt great to return to AC and a large open shower. Would love to return to this location. Kate made booking and reserving this property stress-free and was readily available for any questions we had.

Beautiful updated property in a great location

We had a great experience staying at the beautiful, recently renovated property. All the appliances were new and the condo decorated very nicely. It was in roomy for a 1 bedroom with a spacious bedroom and living room with sleeper sofa. The bathroom was very roomy with double sinks. Kitchen was fully equipped. Bonus was having a patio with dining set, extra seats and beach equipment. Unit is upstairs but very easy to load, unload and access since there's just a flat walkway from the parking lot. Pool was super close across the lot. Beautiful views of the ocean from the back of the condo overlooking a grassy area across from the Montage. Walking distance from multiple beaches through walking trails. Really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owners with the nice touches of the decor and amenities. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Wonderful home away from home

They offered a perfect home with the little things you don’t always think about while away. Extra shampoos, laundry pods, boogie boards, Saran Wrap, beach towels…etc. The home was exactly what we wanted. No busy resort vibes, and yet close to anything we wanted to go do as a family! Absolutely stunning vacation getaway!!!

This unit exceeded all of our expectations. It has been so tastefully renovated, with beautiful finishes throughout and floor to ceiling windows to soak in the beautiful view. The bedroom was beyond spacious and the bed was a dream to sleep on. The bathroom was perfect with two large sinks and plenty of countertop space and closet space and huge shower. There are 2 lanais, one off the master that faces the parking lot and the back that showcases the beautiful ocean view. Even the parking was a breeze, you can park right next to your unit and there was tons of parking spaces available each day we were there. The beach chairs and towels were exactly what we needed to enjoy a day at the beach. All of the appliances are top of the line and we were able to run multiple loads of laundry that made it perfect for packing to go home. The property itself is immediately adjacent to the Montage resort and the Ritz Carlton which made for beautiful scenery and a great drive in. There was a great general store where you can buy all the essentials for cooking at home or you could order burgers, wraps, pizzas, breakfast burritos- you name it! It’s a 30 second drive to Merriman’s and Cane and Canoe- both restaurants are a MUST. I’m pretty sure we found our forever Maui vacation condo ! For full transparency, the unit has small windows at the bottom of almost every wall except the bathroom, which are meant to let the trade winds in and they also let in beautiful natural light, however be aware they are not frosted and at night, and at the right angle, they do give a glimpse into your unit- depending on your comfort level this can feel a bit invasive, especially in the bedrooms. We basically lined our luggage up against these windows so no one could see in - I’m sure you could prop the extra throw pillows up as well to help make it feel more private. It didn’t take away from our time in Maui, but it’s something to be aware of. All in all this was such a wonderful vacation and Kate was a great host. I wish I could give this more stars. Thank you!

Nice quiet complex in the heart of Kapalua. Very nice remodel with comfortable bed and inside furnishings. Kitchen could have been equipped a little better. Patio had a nice view but very crowded with furniture. Would stay again!

Great Rental for Couples

This is a very nice, upscale Condo. It is perfect for a couple. It has great views from the lanai of the ocean and nearby trail. Both TVs (den and bedroom) work great and are easy to use. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The location of the rental is walking distance to Kapalua Beach, a beautiful beach with nice snorkeling from the beach. A great beach a short drive away is DT Fleming Beach. Lots of shade and life guards on duty. The Beach Shack restaurant at this beach is superb, though pricey. Get the fish sandwich. Best we had during our stay of 8 days. The best dinner we had was at Roy’s. My wife’s butter fish was the best we have ever had! The Plantation House has the best ambiance and views. Outstanding!
