The Space:
The entire private, corner-unit condo is yours to enjoy. This luxury retreat has been fully remodeled with all new flooring, appliances, and amenities!

A studio consists of a single room plus a bathroom. The single room of the condo functions as the kitchen, living room, and bedroom.

Additional luxuries we provide: beach towels & bath towels, shampoo & body wash, hand & dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies.

The condo is located on the mountainside of the lower road, and you can walk (8 min or less) or drive (1 min) to the beaches of Napili and Kapalua Bays, as well as snorkel with the turtles at Honokeana Cove.

A/C ~ ceiling fan ~ laundry facility on site with app- or coin-operated washers and dryers ~ Pool ~ Assigned parking space ~ Lower-level unit ~ free WIFI.

For guests departing on evening flights, when available, we can offer an extended checkout time. Our day use rate is $150.00 US. This is a great way to get another full day out of your trip and have an opportunity to prepare for your flight home at a relaxed pace.

Please let us know If you would like this option, and we can check availability. You will be billed separately after you complete your reservation.

There are no parking or resort fees. Designated parking spot is small, so if your vehicle is large, there is street parking available also.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. The office management does not interact with guests.

Guest Access:
You will reach our condo by driving up a country road, enter right at the second Napili Ridge sign. There is parking on the road, but an assigned space is included with the condo.

No pets

No ADA features in complex
Stairs from parking lot lead down to condo

Additional Rules:
~ USE - Use of the condo is limited to the guests named on the reservation. Not suitable for children.
Maximum number of guests is 2.

~ DAMAGES - Guests are liable for any damage to the property during occupancy. If the home is left excessively dirty, additional fees for cleaning will apply.

~ NO SMOKING OR DRUGS - Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind is allowed inside the house or on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the condo, additional fees will apply for deep cleaning. Minimum fine $500.00

~ QUIET HOURS - Please be respectful of others. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.

~ CHECKOUT - Check-out time is at 10:00AM.

~ MINIMUM RENTAL AGE - 25 years or older.

~ SHOES - Please remove your shoes and clean sand off your feet when you enter the condo.

~QUARANTINE - Napili Ridge does not permit COVID-19 quarantine on premises.
