Excellent location and budget friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. The front reception staff were friendly and gave excellent service. They have a translation device to assist if there are any language issues.

It was only 5 mins walk from kyoto station. Very convenient and lots of dining options. The location was quiet. Hotel room was clean. Staff were very polite and professional.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very polite and helpful. My room was quiet and comfortable but I did find a lot of stray hair left in the bathroom and around the room. Could be a bit cleaner but overall a good stay. Thank you!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being very close to Kyoto Station, which made our travel around the city a breeze. There's also a Lawson store nearby, perfect for grabbing meals and snacks anytime we needed. Additionally, the proximity to several bus stations added to the ease of getting around Kyoto. The hotel room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for a good night's rest. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.

The location is very good. There is a Lawson downstairs. Just requires few more steps to go into a shopping mall and then go straight to JR station thru the underground. This save us under the hottest sun in summer.

Conveniently located and cozy
The room size is relatively big. It’s very conveniently located and it just takes a few-minute walk from the jr station. There’s a convenient store right downstairs which is very convenient. Also, staff were nice and could communicate well in English.
