The Ace Hotel is centrally located in Kyoto, which makes it perfect for business and leisure. We stayed in a Historic Double queen room (#214) and absolutely loved it. The room was huge, well equipped and very quiet. The hotel staff is engaging and refreshing, always willing to help where needed and incredibly friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of modern art and has impeccable interior design elements.

Ace Hotel is in a great central location. It is a beautiful hotel. The historic rooms are the best by far. We loved the adjacent outdoor mall that had cute shops and great food offerings.

We had an absolute blast at Hotel Ace. The building itself is a stunner, and the rooms are so cozy and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the place was spotless. I can’t get enough of their coffee shop—it’s the perfect spot to start the day. And their Italian restaurant? Chef’s kiss. We even had a little hiccup during my stay, but the head manager was so understanding and went out of her way to make things right. Overall, it was a luxurious and unforgettable experience.
