The ACE in Kyoto was possibly the finest hotel I’ve ever experienced. Beautifully decorated, quality construction, elegant rooms, attentive staff, and even interesting programming in the lobby meeting space. Oh and the pajamas were sublime — I wish I could afford a pair!

This property exceeded all expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff at the property were attentive, personable, and always helpful.
