I had a decent room for my first Bali night. It's close to the airport which was helpful after arriving late. What stands out is the courtyard, filled with elaborate temples (I think that's what they are - I'm too new to Bali to say for sure). Excellent Wi-Fi, measured at 150 Mbps.

Bel endroit qui semble perdre de son charme

C’est notre cinquième séjour à cet endroit et malheureusement, c’est le plus décevant. Un accueil froid, voire glacial à notre arrivée, malgré une inscription rapide. Si on compare avec les hôtels ou homestays voisins, le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus. Une petite bouteille d’eau que l’on peut remplir une fois par jour une station à la réception, c’est bien pour l’environnement, mais lorsque la chambre se situe loin à l’étage, cela devient lassant, Alors on achète des bouteilles d’eau en plastique ! Superbe environnement et chambre correcte, literie confortable, climatisation réglable, produits de base en bouteilles rechargeables. Toutefois, l’âme que nous adorions de l’endroit semble avoir changé, dommage. The Kutaya se trouve à moins de dix minutes à pied de l’aéroport international, mais est-ce assez pour que l’on revienne?

The staff were very friendly and helpful to me, especially as I was there so long and the food was really yummy breakfast and dinner. (I am the lady in room 7 who stayed for 2 weeks, if staff are reading this haha) Location was great and when I needed transport the staff helped me to book one. Thank you sooo much everyone! :) Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

For a basic hotel close to the airport this is a fine place to stay. The rooms are basic and the bathroom spartan but it was quiet and the air-con was cold. Bed was comfortable enough. It’s very close to the airport - a ten minute walk - making it ideal for a place to sleep between flights. Food from the restaurant was delicious. Overall not a fancy place but definitely good enough for a rest.

People are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are pretty and clean. The property and pool are so pretty. It is off the main road so it feels so nice to be tucked away, yet easy to walk out to the busy area.
