Amazing helpful staff. Airport shuttle driver was so kind and gave local services advice because our luggage had not arrived in Bali with us. Beautiful reception and foyer area. Second time this year I’ve stayed and it’s just simply fantastic. Cannot fault it from only been 15 minutes from the airport, friendliness of staff, facilities, gym, pool and location.
