Staff are amazing, everyone is so lovely and right after asking about things, it is met and done! Breakfast options really good and has a family/kids friendly environment, the only things is that I was feeling uncomfortable and overwhelmed when staff were trying to cuddle my baby girl, I knew it was coming from a kind heart but I personally didn’t like it. Also, no dish wash liquids were available so I couldn’t wash my baby’s food container, the cleaner did not have it also!

Good stay. Needs a little attention.
Hard Rock is perfectly central Kuta and great for families. Good facilities but seems to be getting run down; renovations happening on the swimming slide. Bathrooms need more attention; cleanliness. Hallways are hot and smell like strong detergent. Breakfast is not as good as it used to be. Still all in all a good hotel, but lacking that attention to detail it used to have considering the high price per night for Bali.

Property is Inaccessible
Hotel is 90% inaccessible. Pools are 100% inaccessible Jamie Oliver restaurant is inaccessible from hotel Hard Rock Cafe is inaccessible from hotel Lobby is on 3rd floor. To get to pools on 1st level must use stairs. There is a wheelchair access down 2 floors of driveway, through locked gate, then down another floor of ramps. Once at pool level there is no easy access or exit from pool. Above also applies to kids strollers. You have to carry them up or down stairs.

The property hotel absolutely beautiful. My only thing is not being able to stay in 1 room when there are 2 queen beds in a room. 1 room is enough for 2 x adults and 2 x children Everything else is perfect
