All staffs were so friendly. Great location close to everything, like beach, shopping center, and restaurants. Better than I expected, as it was affordable accommodation.

This was a lovely budget hotel. We arrived very late from the airport but there was no issue with checking in. I found the area a little scary in the dark as most things were closed so not a lot of lights in the surrounding streets but we went out for food and it was fine. In the daylight the area was buzzing and lots of shops and restaurants. We only stayed 1 night so didn't use it but there is a lovely pool. Beds were comfortable & breakfast was good. All in all we would return for an overnight again.

Nice hotel with good location and good facilities, great service from staff and the restaurant was excellent. The room was dated and tired, I’m justified in this criticism as I paid for a refurbished premier deluxe room but I believe we were given a lesser grade room as booking was via Expedia . I would recommend staying here if you book direct for a better room experience

I had a lovely stay. Great breakfast and coffee. Convenient location. Smiling happy staff. Room was quite dark until the afternoon. Pool was cool in spite of the hot weather. Room had an odour as did the room on a previous stay. Cleaning of room was really good. Thanks for my lovely flowers. I enjoyed my stay. This is helpful feedback for both the hotel and future guests.

This is a great little hotel. Some feedback the pool closes to early 7 pm. Apparently too be respectful for the rooms near pool. If the people in theses rooms can site outside drinking smoking and being very loud why can pool not be open? Unfortunately will probably not return again. Location staff and food is excellent

We spent 6 nights during our first trip to Bali. Our experience at Le Grand Walon was great! Although it needs some refurbishment the fabulous staff more than made up for it. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always so friendly. The pool was a big plus as was the location. It was incredibly cost effective and I would come again if ever in Bali.

The property is conveniently located to a strip of different restaurants. The hotel is dated; however, it was clean and the staff paid attention to our request. We requested to be placed on the highest floor farthest from the elevator & they listened. Only issue was, upon check out, we were being charged for 2 water bottles from the bar when I have only consumed 1 bottle. The issue was resolved. We would recommend this hotel.
