We were pleased to read that in general you have enjoyed your stay with us and we appreciate that you have highlighted our friendly Team Members. We do apologize for the inconveniences you have mentioned in regards to our all-inclusive packages available and that you have not been made aware of the restrictions included. Please be informed that all Tour Operators around the world are informed equally and in detail about our inclusions on packages, which are also available as fact sheets on our website for everyone to download. We do have 3 swimming pools at different areas in the resort with access limitations due to age restrictions and according to the booked category of guests. Of course the communication from our Team Member which you have described is not acceptable and also not according to our standard procedures. The management will make sure that this will be followed up by a reminder training. Our teams do try their best to provide the exceptional hospitality that Kuredu is known for. Please be informed that seaplane operations are organized by Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA) with little control by resorts on their scheduling. All departure flights from resorts are therefore scheduled between 12pm and 3pm daily. For the convenience of our guests we do offer an extended service even after departure from the resort, to enjoy any waiting time at our seaplane lounge area including Wi-Fi, hot and cold beverages, shower and bathroom facilities and a snack menu available until 9pm in the evening. Some rates at Kuredu Island Resort are all-inclusive. These rates include on-site meals and beverages, and may include taxes and gratuities. As a guest of Kuredu Island Resort, you'll find a full-service spa, a golf course, and 3 outdoor swimming pools. There are 5 restaurants and 2 coffee shops/cafes, as well as a nearby snack bar/deli.
