The ease of check in was very convenient as we were able to check in before the stipulated time. In terms of location, you have the convenience of being located on the river front and doorstep of a mall, but also shielded from the noise and hustle and bustle should you not be a shopping fan! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The Food and Beverages manager on the evening of Sat 16 Nov 24 was outstanding; He took the time to recommend and explain the local dishes. Jee is also worth mentioning as she went above and beyond in her service. Great place to stay - would come back again.

What a fabulous hotel. We were on the club floor which definitely makes a difference as we had afternoon tea and cocktails included. The club lounge overlooks the water and is magnificent. Room was good but as we had a twin room did not have water views unfortunately. Staff were extremely helpful.

The shared parking facility with the adjoining mall makes parking for hotel residents a great inconvenience especially during a time when there are events such a the Regatta going on last weekend.the hotel should have a separated parking facility just for hotel residents.

Apart from breakfast, nothing is impressive. Also it is close to the waterfront and occasionally the road is block for any events around hence unexpected traffic jam occurs especially over the weekend.

Overall pleasant stay with friendly staff. Large room but a bit tired, hotel in need of refurb, certainly redecoration. Breakfast good selection. Good location. Swimming pool in shaded area, open but recessed under a roof so no sun and cool water. No outside space any where to enjoy the sun, except a small space for the smokers! From previous reviews was expecting top notch! It wasn’t!

We liked the convenience to the Sarawak Waterfront. Lots of eateries and cafes. We were on the executive floor which includes a light breakfast and High Tea, for us it was more private and quiet with a wonderful view of the Sarawak River. The staff are all very attentive. What didn’t I like! You have a Nespresso coffee machine in the room but you only get four capsules on arrival. If you want some daily you have to pay for them. Never have I been to a hotel that includes a Nespresso machine and you don’t get daily espresso capsules. For me this was disappointing. The gym needs attention as the aircon doesn’t work well and some of the equipment needs updating.

We loved this hotel! We stayed on the club floor - exquisite service. The breakfast was vast and delicious, the location was as central as you can get, and being attached to the mall was really cool!! I would definitely recommend this hotel !!!

I had a great stay experience here. A 15min drive from the airport RM38. The hotel is conjoined to the multi level mall/shopping complex complete with food court, supermarket and many shopping opportunities, also an infinity pool. At night I enjoyed the river light show from my room which went for about 20mins Friday & Saturday. Staff were amazing! Spoke fluent English & extremely helpful. Definitely recommend
