There are 2 toilet in the unit and both of the toilet is very smelly. And there is also some stain on the bed sheet. The car park is not included, although the max rate is RM 12/day, but the rate is recalculate after we go out and come in again, so averagely we spend Rm 20 per day.

Be carful when booking
I didn’t realise this was actually an AirB&B. The instructions were difficult to follow. Finding the location for the key then finding the correct elevator witch only took you to the ground floor then find the elevator to take you to the correct floor was a real hassle. Once I got into the room I thought it would be a decent room especially for the price and it included a washing machine to do laundry. Fortunity I had only booked for 1 night as I wanted to see what it as like and there was no refund if I didn’t like it. Unfortunately the mattress on the bed was terrible and I was told there was nothing I could exchange for. So I stored my luggage there while I had dinner with a friend then looked for other accommodations which I found in a hotel next door. Also I couldn’t get the A/C to cool down the studio apartment. If the A/C had worked and the mattress had been good, I would have stayed and probably would still be there. The elevator issue would not have stopped me from staying there. These appear to be individually owned and managed for rental so maybe some or most of the other units might have better A/C and mattress.

It took me bout 1/2 hour to check in into the room as the staff is not clear with the booking. There is a note in itenary that I need to call the Hp no before check in. When I called the person not answering and just texted me as “text, overseas” but when I asked bout the booking the person didn’t bother to reply. Called another number that person don’t understand what I’m talking bout and gave me Sheraton hotel’s contact number for booking. Expedia staff helped me to get the right contact number and advised me to contact that number once I reach there. Once I reached there, I’ve called the mobile number and that person asked me to text him my booking ID. It took him 1/2 hr to sort out my booking and called me back told me the wrong place. I booked at pinnacle and he misunderstood that I’ve booked in platinum. After so many confusion, the manager contacted me and apologise for the inconvenience caused. Waiting for another 5 mins, The staff came down and assisted me. Beside the big messy check in, the stay was pleasant as the room is very comfy and clean.
