Dear Amanda, thank you for your kind and constructive feedback on Stradonia. We are glad you enjoyed our location and the high standard of service and cleanliness. As we are serviced apartments we provide free cleaning and towel change every 3 days. Every apartment is fitted with a heated rack for towels, and if someone wishes to have their towels changed every day we are happy to provide this service for just a small fee of 10 PLN. We understand this might not be suitable for everyone and for that reason we inform our guests about this in our description and in booking confirmations. Thank you for your remark about milk in the apartment. We do not provide whole cartons since not every guest use it and we tend to reduce food waste. However, we provide them on request. If you decide to visit us again please make sure to let us know about anything we can help you with, so that we can attend you immediately. We hope that in spite of those inconveniences you still enjoyed your stay and that we will see you again!
