Great apartment in the perfect location
Great apartment in the perfect location. The building is old but the apartment is completely new, very modern and comfortable. It has the elevator and AC (big plus) and in spite being very close to central railway station it is very quiet (with windows closed). Would choose again. Make sure to call reception if arriving earlier. The reception is in different building (~5 minutes away).

Expected a better place
The pictures shown look much better than the actual condition of the rooms. Needs some maintenance and more cleaning specially under beds and tables/kitchen counter. The mattress protector was made of some kind of plastic material, which made noise when moving in the bed and also made as sweat.

Dont hold luggage and unable to check in early
We travelled from Wroclaw, and the reception wouldn't let store our luggage, nor would they let us check in early. They told me they texted me a location to store luggage twice, which i never received. Lady I spoke to was very abrupt and rude. Rooms were nice, and is in an excellent location. Spoilt by rude staff on check-in .

I loved this property. Clean, modern and in a very good location. Would certainly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Karkow to stay here. Cons: Reception opens at 10am, so had to use a luggage drop off place for my final day and walls were slightly on the thin side, could hear a person snoring in the room next to me.

An amazing place to stay in such a beautiful city
The apartment was spotless, comfortable and stylish. It was very central. Right next to the train station and a shopping center. Only a few minutes walk to the old town.

Great location and extremely comfortable !
The apartment and building itself is amazing, aswell as an ideal location, right beside the shopping centre and main train station and only a 5-10 minute walk to the main square! There is no face to face communication with staff however all online communication is very easy to use and we had no problems at all during our stay
