Close to Mong Kok and Tai Kok Tsui! Across from a decent Chinese BBQ restaurant and McDonald's! Nice, relaxing sitting area outdoors on the second floor! Unfortunately, the two coffee machines were not working during my two-day weekend stay! The gym was okay but not great! I found it a bit expensive!

Everything was perfect except the front desk staff, especially the men, all looked and acted like they rather you ask less questions and did not appear to be courteous and helpful.

The Hotel only has 2 washers and 2 dryers to share with hotel guest. The thing is the hotel also uses those same washers and dryers to wash the towels and bedsheets... So getting access to them are almost 0 chance.

Front Desk with attitude.
First time in my 15 years business travel I checked in hotel where the reception sitting down and guest standing. Chair provider for guest but the whole setup is bad. Front desk also can't even exchange coins to note. First time for me also.

Clean, friendly hotel staff. Coffee machine broke one day and next morning they already replaced it. Rooms are somewhat small but that’s to be expected for being in middle of Kowloon. Two twin bed room is sufficient for 2 people.
