We'd like to inform prospective guests that a roofing project will be
underway during your stay if you book a unit in Manualoha from 1/2025 to 5/2025.
In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with
your booking. Please call in to ensure your selected building will not
be worked on during your dates as this is not permitted during this
project.
If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking
spaces adjacent to the affected buildings may be occupied by
construction equipment. We kindly recommend using the existing alternate parking spaces and walking to your unit.

The beautifully updated two-bedroom and two-bathroom condominium, Manualoha 505 will exceed your expectations for an unforgettable stay in paradise. With 1700 sq. ft., there is room to gather and entertain or stretch out for peace and tranquility. After a full day of adventure, take in the incredible Kauai sunsets from one of the private lanais, cook up a culinary delight in the fully equipped and updated kitchen, or unwind in the amazing garden tub before slipping into a peaceful slumber.
This townhouse-style home located on the second and third floors is equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second floor includes:
*Master suite w/ a Cal king-sized bed, standing A/C, large TV, and ensuite bathroom w/ walk-in shower and oversized bathtub.
*Private lanai with amazing views and comfortable seating.
*Guest bedroom with standing A/C, custom-built storage, and two twin beds that can be combined into one King.
The third floor is equipped with a living room, kitchen, and half bathroom including:
*Spacious living room with a large TV, DVD/CD player, and double sleeper sofa.
*Ceiling fans to enhance Kauai's cool trade winds. Please note, this floor does not have A/C.
*In-door dining with table seating for 4 and bar stool seating for 5.
*Window desk perfect for reading or doubling as a work area.
*Remodeled, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, and a variety of cooking and bakeware.
*Spacious lanai with seating and dining options overlooking lush gardens and amazing ocean views.
