Loved staying here. Would recommend, but note that there is no AC in the bedroom. Not a huge issue though because there’s a large fan under the AC unit in the living room that blows cool air towards bedroom. 10/10 would book this unit again.

Wonderful place
We enjoyed our visit. Great location in the middle of the planation so halfway between the beach and the road. Lovely lawns for the kids to run around. Rental had umbrellas and a cooler which was really nice. Would have been great if there had been boogie boards for guests to use. It's a shame everyone is buying them and then throwing them out if not renting them. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need. The welcome coffee and snacks were a treat. We loved the Hawaiian decor and it was very homey. We can't wait to return. * One comment for the owners..a new clear shower curtain is needed. It's moldy on the bottom. Easy fix to keep everything looking good. Thank you for sharing your home.

The unit was incredibly clean upon arrival and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the ownership group was very easy and always helpful. Beach club access is a major plus. Would give this spot 5 stars and we hope to return as soon as possible!

Really loved everything about our stay. The unit was perfect for us and we were impressed how clean and well-maintained it was. The location is excellent and is on one of the nicest beaches in the area (sunsets are spectacular.) Highly recommend.

Great rental on Kauai's south shore
This specific unit (number 61 in building 11 of Kiahuna Plantation) was fantastic. First of all, the pictures are exactly what the unit looks like (no bait/switch). The air conditioning was GREAT. The actual A/C unit was at the top of the wall above the couch and between that, the ceiling fans, and 2 movable floor fans, keeping cool was no issue at all. The kitchen is fully stocked (albeit with some older small appliances like the toaster and blender). The fridge and stove/oven look new. There are about 16 steps (8 in each direction) up to the unit so for those with difficult mobility issues, be aware. The unit was clean, well stocked with games, puzzles, etc. It had two excellent TVs mounted with excellent access to normal and streaming content. The balcony is huge and looks just like the pictures. The grounds of Kiahuna Plantation are beautiful and well maintained and it is an easy 5 minute walk to Kiahuna beach. There is a huge yard area above the beach with lots of loungers and chairs. The Kiahuna Beach Athletic club (which is free when staying here) is right across the street and is a nice facility with a tropical like pool with plenty of umbrellas and chairs. Several nice restaurants are around and easily walkable. Poipu beach itself is about a 2 minute drive. Next time we come to Kauai, we will book this unit again in a heartbeat.

Check in and check out was extremely smooth. The location was prime since its walking distance to on e of our favorite surf spots. Every person we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. The 1 bedroom we stayed in was beyond amazing. It really had everything we need from a fully stalked kitchen to snorkeling/beach gear, games, books, and the smallest details such as sunscreen, and after sunscreen cream. They really thought of everything. The athletic club had ALL the workout gear we needed (free weights, trx, and more), a gorgeous pool, basketball court, tennis/pickleball courts, volleyball, and more. Little fish Cafe was SO DELICIOUS! We will definitely be coming back here.

We really loved the Kiahuna Plantation resort. The grounds had plenty of grassy area for our daughter to run around. It is a very well maintained resort. Easy parking and access to the beach. We loved having the beach toys, umbrellas and chairs. The only negative was the pull out mattress was a little 'springy', my daughter didn't mind, but I would not have enjoyed sleeping on it. And the carpets did have stains, but nothing bad. All in all great location and place.

We very much enjoyed staying here. We were there in March, 2023. Great location, very convenient parking and access to beach. Very well kept grounds. The beach was nice. Sunsets were nice from the deck and awesome from the beach. All appliances, plumbing, heating and AC, worked properly. The unit was well appointed and comfortable, live-in ready. We would definitely stay there again, and in the same unit.

Wonderful place to stay in Poipu!
The condo had everything we needed for a 2-week stay. The kitchen was furnished with very nice appliances, dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. There were 2 beach umbrellas (we used one), lots of books and games (which we didn't use) but which would have been fun, and even sand toys if we had the grandkids along! Very impressed with the surroundings. The grounds are beautiful, thanks to an army of landscapers who worked hard every day keeping it nice. We were close to the resort laundry facility which is easy to use. It is a short walk to the beach and large grassy area near the ocean. We hope to be back again!

Great stay at Kiahuna Plantation!
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful rental property at Kiahuna Plantation. This is a fabulous location at Poipu and has a great beach within a very short walk. The waves at the beach were very good for bodysurfing and boogie boarding or just playing in the surf and hanging out. Very reasonable equipment rentals were available at the beach hut where you can get towels as well. This property is nicely updated with air conditioning, newer appliances, and beautiful granite countertops. We used the air conditioning occasionally, but mostly had the front and back slats open in all the windows and sliders to allow the breezes through - generally very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, including a collection of spices for our use (much appreciated!). One thing to note - we did not need a washer/dryer, but be aware that you would need to go to some location outside the unit to wash clothes. We recommend this property highly and hope to return someday!

Beautiful unit, clean and comfortable with the right amount of Hawaiian flair.
Rental process was simple and the property manager was very prompt to respond to a few questions prior to our arrival. At arrival a property manager met us at the unit and provided us with keys, towel cards, and a parking pass. The property is beautiful and quiet. An amazing place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening sunset.

I booked this home for my in-laws and their pre-teen child. They were very satisfied at the spacious home and suprised w/ how affordable it was compared to other nearby hotels/condos for rent. A/C and the kitchen was well worth it. No issues w/ the home and communication w/ the owners were responsive and flexible to when we arrived on the island. They have other properties at KP and helped us book additional rentals for the rest of my family. Close walking distance to the beach and never had an issue finding parking. Would be a pleasure staying in their properties again. Thank you and hope we come back again to Kauai!

Just returned from a fantastic week staying at Kiahuna plantation unit 61. Easy check in and check out, very clean condo. Loved using the boogie boards, umbrellas and all the other goodies that the owners provided. Only critique is that both the sofa bed and king size bed were needing an update / refresh (or were not comfy for us, others may not have the same reaction) Would love to visit again!
