Always use this hotel when we go to Takarazuka Theatre ...
The ambience is very clean however the room was small...
Service was good, breakfast was nice.
Peaceful and quite place to spend ur holiday...
Very nice Hotel overall, services and room condition. I stayed in an old building which was elegant.
I stayed in non smoking room but when I turned on the heat smoking smell air came in, I complained to front desk then they brought in an electric heater immediately that I could turned heating off. Well trained attendants in this hotel.
We stayed here while visiting family nearby. The hotel is in a great location if you're in town to see the Takarazuka Revue or the Tezuka Osamu Museum. We were told that there are plans in place for a major update in time for the Tokyo Olympics, but for now, the hotel features an old-world elegance, with gracious staff and clean, comfortable rooms.
Good hotel in a quiet part of Osaka, near the Takarazuka Revue Theatre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Might be a bit far out though if you are only wanting to be Osaka City.
