A beautiful hotel conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping in downtown. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet despite being downtown. Would definitely stay here again

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Pretty clean hotel. In room snack bar had expired items, but the hot crackers, as suggested by the staff, were amazing. Bathroom could use a little tlc from maintenance staff (touch up caulking, better floating of drywall, etc). This room was as expensive as a room in the Plaza Hotel, NYC, and nowhere near as nice. The state of TN needs to prevent gouging for football games.

Perfect hotel and location! The room and bathroom are huge and stylish, along with a nice snack and minibar assortment. Check in was easy and accompanied with a beverage. There is a secret speakeasy you’ll be given the code to. The location borders the walkable downtown square. Pretty much perfect.

Disappointing hotel bar
The bathtub had water standing in it and the water was not clean. Looks like the plug may have dropped before all the water drained. I was pleased with the hotel staff but the Library staff was rude, lied to my face and didn’t treat as I was a guest at the hotel. They set me in the main lobby, never came out to see if I needed anything. Never came out to tell me there were open seats. I walked back in in like 40 minutes and there were several seats open and the girl said they came out to get me but I was gone I never moved an inch. I really was looking forward to getting several drinks but that didn’t happen.
