The Space:
NoKno Flats is made up of 2 buildings and 5 total apartments. There is parking available for all 5 units at the back of the property near the garage and mural. Street parking available as well.

Simple Serenity, Flat #1 sleeps 4 and is made up of 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds in each, 1 full bathroom in the master, and a 0.5 ensuite bathroom in the 2nd bedroom. The flat is very stylishly decorated and has numerous thoughtful touches throughout to make you feel right at home. The eat-in kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, as well as beautiful open shelving for a modern appeal. You will find all the basic cookware, dishes and flatware necessary to create delicious meals for evenings in, along with a K-cup coffee machine and toaster for mornings on the go. The living room is a spacious spot to kick back and watch your favorite shows on your personal streaming subscriptions.
It is a great setup for smaller groups, solo travelers, or couples who would like to be near downtown with some walkable amenities.

Super loud and homeless all within a block

Cute little historic home but neighborhood sketchy. A man was burning something one night in the adjoining parking area and we both had to shower, as we smelled like we had been to a bonfire. My husband walked one block and the homeless asked for money. They had an app where you could download white noise for sleeping better, but I knew why that was on first night. There is some major repaving going on a block or two from our stay and we listened to it all night.I do wish this and the homeless issue had been disclosed to us in advance. It was hard to get a hold of the host as I am not on the app and I had to sign in but forgot my password. Also a lightbulb in tv room needs to be replaced as it constantly flickers. We unscrewed it so we could watch tv. Lastly, I was told to use black wash cloths to remove makeup, but why was only one left for me? Things were a bit inconsistent. There were some old beautiful and historic homes nearby, but the homeless were all over the place. We are not used to that and we found it to be a very different experience. Just wish I had known about it all.

Home away from home

I unexpectedly had to stay in Knoxville for a week with my son who is attending UT and this apartment exceeded my expectations. It is conveniently located and the property is so nicely decorated. I felt at home. And it is really nice to have an assigned parking spot. The host is super communicative. I would definitely recommend this property. And would stay here again.

Girls Antiquing weekend

House was perfect for our group of 4. Located in a quiet neighborhood, short drive to the old city and market square. House was very clean, well decorated and stocked with all the essentials (body wash, shampoo, etc). Lovely Home in Historic Downtown Knoxville

Rented this property for 3 nights while visiting my son and his Fiance who attend university in Knoxville. Beds were incredibly comfortable and bathrooms were great too. Living room was perfect size for us to play games and watch a movie together as a family. The only thing I’d suggest is a little bigger kitchen table. The rental is for four and not for big families but a little bigger table would be a little more comfortable. I also didn’t anticipate the smaller refrigerator and went grocery shopping prior to checking in. All the groceries fit but just barely. 😂 I do have four sons who have big appetites but for smaller eaters the smaller fridge would probably work just fine. Towels and toothbrushes, paper towels, washing machine soap and fabric softener sheets were really nice touches. And, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower were really nice too! The house is impeccably decorated and modern which I loved. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Clean and shabby chick.

Love the location. Plenty of room. Very comfortable beds. Blossom Bowls, K Brew and Ale's added bonus. Knoxville is an old college town and likes to stay 'scruffy'. Bring a good gps and car suspension. Would stay in this unit again.
