Featuring calming coastal colors and artful design features, this 5 bedroom stunner at 56 Fletcher Hall is located in the desirable Vanderhorst Plantation area of the island and is centrally located and easy biking distance to many of the island's best amenities including The Sanctuary hotel, golf, tennis, and Kiawah's famous beaches of course.

This lovely Lowcountry locale has something for everyone. Enter the front door and escape into a comfortable living area, relax in your sparkling private pool, have your morning coffee in the spacious screened porch, or have a meal with the whole group in the spacious eat-in kitchen. The kitchen features a wet bar with ice maker, high end appliances, and is well stocked with plenty of counter space for meal prep. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after your beach day and numerous other amenities throughout.

There is plenty of room for extended family or two families to spread out in this spacious home. Two master suites with king beds and private baths are located on the second floor with three guest bedrooms that share a hall bath. One of the guest rooms has a king and another has a queen bed. The fifth and extra large bedroom has two double over double bunk sets with a total of four full/double sized beds.

No long term stays, 14 night max.

Pool can be heated for an additional $175 per day (four day minimum required).

No smoking and no pets allowed. Garage access and the fireplaces are off limits for guest use.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Perfect Stay!
We had a great stay in this house. It was incredibly clean throughout (the inside, outside, and pool) and it was well appointed with anything one might need during their stay. The pool is larger than most in this neighborhood and beautiful! I would absolutely book this house again!

Beautiful Home and Location
This beautiful home was a perfect fit for two families to enjoy the pool, beaches, biking, golf and overall beauty of Kiawah Island. The location provided easy access to the biking trails, beach and golf courses and though Charleston/Sullivan Island were a bit of a drive (to get to amazing restaurants), it was well worth the peaceful setting of Kiawah. Our one issue with the pool heater was handled quickly and courteously and we were back in business. Highly recommend.

Good rental option for a family with 4+ kids
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is very convenient, the home was well equipped, has nice outdoor pool and living spaces, condition of property is excellent. The bathroom situation might not be idea for multiple families or a group sharing the house, but it worked for us. The only negative you should be aware of is the owner keeps the garage locked - you can't park your car, your bikes or store your beach gear indoors - and Kiawah has some strict rules about not seeing that stuff from the street.

Beautiful home
A lovely, well-appointed home. Everything you'll need in the kitchen if you want to cook. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Rent or bring bikes ... we enjoyed riding around the island. The management company was top notch; I had to call about minor things and they were prompt and professional.
