We are already looking forward to returning next year to this peaceful, lovely home
My husband and I thoroughly enjoy three months in this peaceful property. Although it
is very close to one of the busiest roads and to the beach, you wouldn't know it, as
it has the lagoon on the back side of the house (constant birds and an occasional alligator passing through) and the front of the house fronts on to a quiet cul de sac. This is perfect
to bike to the beach, bike paths, tennis courts or one of your favorite restaurants.
The back of the house has a screened in porch perfect for a quiet read, or several guests.
The master bedroom is on its own and has a quiet, well appointed reading room and the master bathroom is perfect and complete with a walk in closet with lots of organizers.
The living room is very comfortable and my husband thinks this is a great tv to watch all his sports on. There is a very nice semi open sitting room adjoining the living room.
There are two guest rooms with complete bath on the main floor. Although the bathrooms
aren't updated, they are totally functional and clean. The upstairs has a delightful bedroom with twin beds and the room is decorated in beach colors. There is also an office that if needed can be used as a backup bedroom as it has a pull out couch.
It is fun to watch the crows try to stand on the rim of the fountain and try to sip water...they are very innovative. The deer sometimes come right up to the fountain early morning or
during the evening. Kiawah is a nature lover's delight and this house is perfect to explore from. Don't forget the 9 mile long pristine beach perfect for walking/running/biking. Enjoy.
