This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with two king beds and a queen bed. It features two private balconies that offer stunning ski slope views. High-end finishes throughout, two master suites and private laundry. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Lone Eagle is a true ski-in/ski-out complex that offers shared amenities including a pool and hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has an open feel and a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace There's also a stereo system with five speakers. The spacious balcony can be accessed through the living area and offers up-close slope views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features slate floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six, eight with the leaf inserted. The first of three full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a walk-in shower. This bathroom also houses the private washer and dryer. Laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience. All three bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

All bedrooms feature Ivory White Bedding and there are two master suites. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and access to the main balcony. The en suite bathroom has two vanities, a jetted tub that opens to the bedroom and a walk-in shower with tile surround. The secondary bedroom also has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. It has its own private balcony with slope views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with tile surround. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and its own access to the main balcony.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this unit with friends. The unit was spotless and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, the living space was cozy and comfortable, and the deck was amazing! Communication with the management company was easy and convenient, with a prompt and helpful response to our inquiry. Finally, the location offered easy access to River Run, so we never had to get the car out of the garage. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we hope to return!

Great location with lots of potential but elevator not working
The location of Lone Eagle is awesome this is a true ski in ski out. However the Lone Eagle building does not have a functional elevator which means to get to this unit you have to climb 5 set of stairs to get to your unit. This is a daunting task with suitcases, groceries and small children. The elevator has not been functional for several months yet we where informed by the host only 3 days prior to arrival. We thought the elevator situation was a temporary issue but as mentioned before it’s been going on for a very long time and the host had this information but did not share in time for us to find other accommodations. The unit itself is lovely but a bit dated. The unit is a corner unit and has a great view of the slopes. The mattresses need to be changed as they are lumpy. Recap: if you plan on staying call ahead and ask about the elevator being operational and ask about the mattresses.

Beautiful condo!
We were pleasantly surprised with how beautiful this condo is! It was even nicer than the pictures. Tastefully decorated and the communication with the property manager was the best and easiest process I’ve ever had. Only downside was the maintenance on the elevator but wasn’t their fault and didn’t detract from the stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The night before we were scheduled to travel to the unit at Lone Eagle we received the following message from Summit County Mountain Retreats a Premier Host. “We are reaching out to inform you that the HOA of Lone Eagle in Keystone, CO confirmed that the elevator is not working at this time ….”. I informed them that my partner had knee issues which would make stair climbing painful. We traded messages about the status of the elevator repair during the day while we were traveling. When we arrived later that evening, we discovered that the unit was located five flights of steps above the parking area. My partner made it up the steps with great difficulty and pain. I spoke to a family (on the steps) and they indicated that they had been there for two weeks and the elevators had never worked. The next morning, we asked to be located to another unit with a working elevator and after waiting for a response until about noon suggested that a refund would also work. We had booked for four nights, after a “lively” conversation with the host, we agreed to pay for one night and would not be charged the cleaning fee or the service fee. The refund we received was fifty one percent of our total stay, so our one night in the unit cost forty nine percent of our four day stay.. Also not included in the property description was the crane parked in front of the building that appeared to be for roof repair activities and that the pool and hot tub were closed for repair/construction. The Americans with Disabilities Act prohibits private places of public accommodation from discriminating against individuals with disabilities. Non-working elevators for extended periods of time is an ADA concern.

GPS will try to save you 2 minutes by cutting through Loveland pass 😬… Stay on I-70 to Dillon. We stayed during the Ski off season. Very peaceful with a tranquil stream and walking path. The property was luxurious and The heated pool was amazing! Walking distance to keystone square and ski lift.

Great Location but.....
The kitchen has basic utensils and the appliances are on the lower end especially the oven, which does not heat to set temperatures. No problem with gas stove top. Don't plan on cooking a gourmet meal. Parking for a second vehicle is a problem. All lots even the parking lot that property management company details in their information says parking for convention center only. It is a chance you take when parking your second vehicle in the lot next to the convention center. There is not a vehicle that would have carried our 6 member family (one a baby) plus all our luggage and ski gear. Be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting on the elevator during busy times of the day.
