This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse, corner unit condo sleeps 6 with two king beds and a queen sleeper sofa. **New paint throughout and new flooring in kitchen, living room, and bathrooms.** It features slope views from the private balcony and vaulted ceilings. Premium linens throughout. Top floor, corner unit location ensures a quiet stay. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a Smart TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. Enjoy the cozy sectional that includes a queen-sized, memory foam sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. Unique stair-step windows provide natural light and slope views. The private balcony is just off the main living area and features slope views to the south.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six around a beautiful wood table. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master suite features a new king-sized top rated memory gel bed (2021 model) and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. Both bedrooms offer mountain and slope views.

Elevator and wifi not working.
Elevator was out of service with no warning prior to our arrival. Having 4 adults over the age of 55 carrying luggage up 5 flights of stairs was not easy at 9200 feet. We did get a text the day after saying the elevator was not working ugh! I realize this is not the condo owners' fault. The condo was clean and very nice but none of us could get wifi from the password that was given to us.

The condo was perfect for our family of four. The pool was also great and got plenty of use by our kids! There were plenty of fans and the kitchen had most everything needed. Will definitely look here for next summer!

Great weekend getaway!
My husband and I were impressed with the overall availability of management through texting. Whenever we had a question, we received a quick response. Early Summer Stay
We had a nice stay. The condo was clean and spacious. We stayed in early June. There was not much open in the shopping area including restaurants. We did have an incident with the toilet over flowing on the first flush, but it was quickly addressed. There was also an incident where the fire alarm in another condo was going off for awhile and fire department had to be called. Overall it was a nice day. I would consider going back but in a different time of the year.
