Basic stay. Everything you need. Nothing you don’t.
Your very basic place to lay your head, sleep and wake up & ski. Parts of the place were clean and updated. Parts weren’t. The cleanliness was ok everywhere but the doors. I believe that’s on the property management, not the owner. Carpet was disgusting. Chewing gum was on the floor, very obvious to us and missed by a cleaner. Made me question the level of clean. I have a diet allergy. Very particular. I won’t be able to stay in this location again because of the dust factor. Best suited for a crowd of parties. Loud around us at night. The shuttle access to Mountain house was the highlight of this property! The hot tub was nice. Question the cleanliness. We both had skin issues a couple days after. Book with caution.

Father son trip
My college age son and I decided on last minute ski trip. Condo was perfect for us. Had more than enough room for others. Ski left is short walk from condo. We enjoyed our trip.

Close to Mountain House base; easy walk to either Keystone Village or River Run. Condo is very nice, very well-equiped kitchen, perfect for the two of us. Will look for it again.

No frills compact one bedroom apartment. Great location for slope side access - short walk to the shuttle or Peru lift. Pretty tight accommodations for 4 adults. Would have been better to have a pull out sofa in the small living room. Great price for the location!

Needs updating but does the trick
Definitely a short walk to Peru Express lift. Plenty of room for a family. For the money, the beds could be more comfy. They are very old. The hot water shower handle was broke our entire stay in one of the bathrooms. That is considered a complicated task for their maintenance team. Other than that, there is covered parking, first come, and easy trash and recycle disposal.
