We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of canceling the booking on your end as we have a Strict Cancellation Policy. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation!

By booking a reservation with us you agree to all rules and agree to pay all fees if any of these rules are Broken.

-Early Check-in, We do not allow early check-in.
-Late check fee $100 If you have not checked out on time. Our Cleaners will be there at 11:05 am you must be out. We do not extend check-out times.
-Late Checkout fee after 1hr you will be charged $200 this does not allow you to stay the day. If you have not checked out or removed your personal items after the 1-hr your items will be removed from the property and put out on the curb because you no longer have a valid reservation.
-No Unauthorized people on the property, If you have Unauthorized guests that are not stated in the booking/reservation you will be charged with trespassing we take this very seriously. Your reservation will be voided because you have broken the rules/agreement which means you no longer have a valid reservation. And you will be responsible for all fees.
– Keep noise to a minimum after 8 pm.
– There shall not be smoking inside the rental or on the property $500 fee will be added and Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied and you will have to vacate the property immediately.
– PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
- When Checking Out Make sure to take out your Trash, Tash cans are outside and Labeled.
– PARKING: Parking is provided right in front of the unit, Only Park in front of your unit, don't block other guests.
– Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- Don't touch, unplug or plug into our wifi routers. A $100 fee will be applied.
- Drive slow on our property no speeding.
– No parties
– If guests are found to have had a party without host permission $1,000 fee will be applied plus and if which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
– If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
– Lastly, because this is a Rental, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)

Concerning unpeaceful stay with multiple issues
I recently stayed at a property booked through Vrbo on Big Island, Hawaii, and feel compelled to share my experience to inform future guests. While the location was as expected, the condition of the suite and the events that transpired significantly impacted our stay. Firstly, upon arrival, we noticed a lack of cleanliness in the suite. The doors were covered in dark, dirty fingerprints, suggesting they hadn't been properly cleaned for some time. We also encountered flies in the corners of the room, which we had to deal with ourselves. Moreover, the bedding was unsatisfactory. We found writings with markers on the pillowcases and sheets, which is not only unhygienic but also unprofessional for any lodging. The towels provided had visible stains, further adding to our discomfort regarding the cleanliness of the place. Apart from these issues, we experienced a distressing incident during our stay. On the night of January 17, 2024, there was a violent altercation in the adjacent suite , which raised serious safety concerns for us. Despite reaching out to the host for immediate assistance and expressing our safety concerns the following morning, the response was dismissive, and no adequate solution was provided. This lack of support and concern for guest safety forced us to check out two days earlier than planned. Given these experiences, I cannot recommend this property.
