This place was amazing. I went on a solo trip and I am glad I chose to stay at this hotel. It was very well maintained, great food options, and everyone was so friendly. My favorite part had to be morning yoga while watching the sunrise!

I am not a large person nor is my partner. The bathroom was much to small. The toilet paper roll was hard to reach behind the toilet. Only one door of the slider into the shower could open due to the toilet blocking it. There was only one sink for 2 person King size bed room. The balcony was so small that the 2 small chairs took up the whole space. I do not recommend the Sheraton Coconut on Kauai. There are many more options.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is a big plus too, with many nearby stores. The Buffett breakfast menu needs improvement because they serve the same menu every morning.

PROS: Beautiful property with oceanside pool, Staff was extremely friendly. Poolside bar was nice and convenient. Rooms were very nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator was convenient. CONS: Lanai is a bit tight and shower door was installed backwards so that you had to step over the toilet to get into the shower in Room 342.

This place was amazing. Right on the beach, pools overlooking the ocean, bar, gym, restaurants, game/billiards room, daily activities from hula lessons to morning Yoga.Staff was amazing, free bike rentals, shops & food within walking distance. Only gripe was our “ocean view”. More like a had to peak over trees and around the balcony corner ocean view. Other than that - amazing experience.

Cozy hotel
Great cozy hotel facing the beach. Great views and super friendly staff. It is an older hotel so there's not many amenities. Food was subpar so aside from breakfast which was included in our reservation we went out to eat for other meals. Great location and close to the beaches and other tourist attractions

The sleeping accommodations were great along with beach and pool easy access. However, one night we asked for nice dining without reservations, but they were not accommodating.

Only issues was there was a black mold in the grout between 5 tiles in the shower. Bamboo tray on the vanity had mold on the legs. Additional the bamboo ice box had mold in it. Dressers with the coffee maker there was a bamboo ice bucket had black mold on the exterior. But the staff was phenomenal!

We stayed at this same property 22 years ago (under previous ownership), and even though we loved it back then, there have been so many improvements since it was remodeled by Sheraton! It used to have a small pool, but now the pool area is amazing! I love the lounge chairs in the water. The property is absolutely stunning now!! And the food and drinks offered were equally fabulous. We loved it!

Property was in a great location, easy to walk to many restaurants. The beach was AWESOME! The resort staff were really nice and friendly, but the majority of the food and service staff were less than helpful, generally a sour demeanor. You expect the resort to be overpriced, but the main dining was significantly overpriced and not worth the money.
