Too much noise from other travelers. Kids running in the room above me at midnight. The couple next to my room were arguing. People using the elevators and getting off the elevators were laughing and being very loud at 0100 up to 0200.

We had a late check-in to the hotel and we were set to leave on an early 5:30am flight. The front desk receptionist was very accommodating and let us pick to-go breakfast packs when we arrived to ensure a quick get-away in the morning! The breakfast was also great having a sandwich, yogurt, and fruit item, as well as a juice. Our room was a suite with a sofa bed and two doubles. We were only there about 6 hours but would stay again.

No breakfast if booked via Hotels.com
We were there for one night before our flight home. I have mobility problems, use a cane, not in a wheelchair, but I have balance problems. The shower was wheelchair accessible and had a fold down stool and hand shower which I used. However, the shower floor was tiled the same as the rest of the bathroom floor. It looked nice, but it was very slick and slippery once soap and water were employed. They did not provide a non-slip shower mat. That situation looked to me like a lawsuit about to happen. Thankfully, I survived the shower without falling, but I was worried about it. I was shocked to discover that we did not have breakfast available because we booked and paid via Hotels.com. I always look for breakfast when we travel. When we checked in, the admission receptionist told us breakfast hours. Nothing was said that we didn't qualify. So, buyer beware. Booking to that hotel with this site leads to discriminatory treatment.

Jesse at the front desk was terrific! My only complaint is the pool and hot tub were out of order and we weren’t informed of this ahead of time. It put a damper on our plans as we chose this hotel specifically for those amenities.
