The rooms were spotless and the beds were super comfortable. A little disappointed that the tv wasn't a smart tv, as channel options were minimal. The free breakfast was fantastic with lots of hot & cold foods to choose from. My only other complaint would the 4 pm check in time when most places are 3 pm. Overall a great experience.

We booked this hotel under the guise that it was pet friendly - we waited for nearly 25 minutes for service. The hotel is NOT pet friendly!!!! False advertising, terrible service. We weren't informed until *after* booking the room, and we were asked to leave.
