I had a Suite with Rollin Shower reserved for at least 30 days out for a 5 night stay upon arrival I was told that none were available I had stayed at this location a few times this was the reason I chose to stay there again so I was put in a second floor handicap Suite which was smaller with a smaller walk-in shower with 1 small grab bar on the back wall fortunately my wife is able to stand but felt very uncomfortable in the shower. We were also at the very end of the hall so the walk to elevator was very long. I feel in this situation I should be notified when they knew I was not going to have the room I wanted so I could search other options. I don’t begin to think l understand the hotel business but I would think when you make a detail reservation with plenty of notice you should be able to honor it. Thanks Jim Tracy
It was nice and felt like we walked in a nice clean room until we found someone else shorts that was not ours and felt like the room was not properly clean if we found someone else’s belonging. Then breakfast was good until the toaster went out and I asked if they had a backup like a normal toaster that’s used in the rooms they said no. I eat toast for breakfast. I felt like the experience was not the best.
This was a quick trip with friends to take in a Royals game. We had a great stay and it was an easy drive to the stadium. Room was clean and the breakfast was great!
This hotel was very clean. PH at the front desk seemed annoyed anytime they were interrupted from their cell phone. Breakfast was great. Our view was of an ugly trailer and ATV business next door. The pool was nice.
