We were unable to locate the Hallmark Channel at the property. Since we were in KC for the Hallmark Experience, that was disappointing. Otherwise, no complaints: staff was polite, friendly, helpful and facility was well-maintained.

Love the location of the hotel, great walking distance to the plaza. Only thing I didn’t like was the room keys didn’t work the best. First two rooms keys didn’t work at all and we got new ones and only one work. But besides that great experience and hotel staff was very helpful.

Loved the hotel and the area. Only negative is the hotel is up a very steep hill from the shopping/food area. You will feel your thighs burning if you do it multiple times/day. The hotel room comes with pull out sofa, which was a big help because our son’s air mattress popped night 3. Large, open room, microwave & fridge were a plus for nearly week stay. Would recommend hotel and would love to return to hotel & the area!!
