The rooms and hotel were very clean! Walking distance to so much downtown. The street car is close and can take you all the way to union station! Staff was friendly and so nice! Would definitely stay here again :)

Great place!
The hotel was convenient to downtown KC activities but far enough away that it wasn’t too noisy. The free KC streetcar is only 2 blocks away. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The stay was good but parking is limited and extremely hard not being 100% able bodied. Spots are very close to each other and there are 2 very limited parking lots across the street from the hotel. Didn't seem like the best part of town either. Service and hotel were great but you definitely need to alert with surroundings if alone.
