The room came with dinner and breakfast- both were delicious feasts with a variety of dishes. They did forget one of my preferences for foods, though. The baths are well maintained, but the building is an older style. The staff were all so helpful. A great introduction to the ryokan!

The hotel is very close to Kanazawa Station and has a good location to reach tourist attractions quickly. One of our family members arrived late due to a flight cancellation, but Mr. Ueno made a very nice suggestion and the whole family was able to have dinner together. The entire hotel staff was very hospitable. I would like to thank Mr. Ueno and stay there again!

Uma ótima experiência em um Ryokan, atendimento muito atencioso, camas montadas estilo futton, como num clássico Ryokan. Jantar incluso foi maravilhoso. Tem onsen, apesar não termos tido tempo de usar.
