Hotel is aged but well maintained. Room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The pool and arcade room were great for the kids. The area downtown Kamloops was really sketchy. Some guy was climbing in to the dumpster in the underground parking and started screaming obscenities and threats at me as I was going to my vehicle. The staff immediately contacted the authorities and had their personnel clear the area out. Overall the downtown area is a bit rough around the edges.

Chose this place for a last minute stay. Best decision! Great location, walking distance to the park and tons of restaurants. Staff were always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I really like this hotel. The location is really convenient but it comes with the typical downtown challenges of noise from the trains and traffic. Parking on site is free. The hotel is old but very well maintained and comfortable. I enjoyed the hot tub and the excellent service!
