They changed for everything. There were two small bottles of water in the room and the charge was $2.50 per water. Breakfast was $12.50. Parking was $20. You would think that after paying $160 for a standard room you would get a few things free.

It was a nice hotel, but not really worth the money. I booked a deluxe room 6 weeks in advance, and didn't get a deluxe room... But was still charged for a deluxe room. The ice machine on our floor didn't work, the heat kept kicking on by itself, and I think the beds are fiberglass memory foam, or they use a harsh laundry detergent, Because my skin was very itchy trying to sleep in that bed.

Hotel was very, very clean and our room was one of the nicest I have been in. The area surrounding was very run down with a lot of homeless to the point that it made you feel unsafe.

This hotel is clean and has good amenities. It is secure with key card required for the elevator and street level entrance. It would be a real bonus if parking in the adjacent garage was included/validated by the hotel. It is not.

The room appeared clean however something in the room really irritated my allergies & also my son's allergies. When we left the room; we were perfectly fine. It was stuffy in the room. However, it did appear clean. So i am rating it average. Amanda was AMAZING. Also, the man working at night-i wish i knew his name but he was so helpful when we forgot our key card. There are a lot of homeless people around the hotel so just focus on your surroundings & go in groups. Lots of fun restaurants near. They are walkable but dont walk at night w the high presence of homeless.
