You will be inspired by the panoramic views from almost any spot on the grounds - a wondrous feat made possible by the property's unique terraced design, which offers the elegant air of an upscale cruise ship. Stroll through the tranquil courtyard - with its cascading stream and flowering tropical vines, and discover the relaxed atmosphere. Royal Sea Cliff 415 is a breathtakingly beautiful direct oceanfront one bedroom unit that can accommodate up to four guests.

Upon entering Royal Sea Cliff 415 you are greeted by a modern open floor plan. This common living space is arranged with a living room and gourmet kitchen. The living room is furnished with plush seating options gathered around a TV. The couch also serves as a comfortable Queen-size sofa sleeper for two guests. When you need a break from the sun, get cozy on the couch and gather around for a movie. A DVD player, WIFI, and stereo are provided for family entertainment. Central air conditioning is also equipped to keep you cool. A washer and dryer are tucked away in a nearby closet - handy for wet swimsuits after a dip in one of the two Royal Sea Cliff swimming pools.

Alongside the living room is a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has updated appliances including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, coffee pot, and more. A chef will be in heaven as they whip up tasty treats and mouthwatering meals. Two seats are placed at the built-in breakfast bar creating dining space and encouraging guests to keep a conversation going with the chef in the kitchen.

Alternatively, take your meals outside to the expansive oceanfront lanai and dine alfresco under the Hawaiian sun. There are two outdoor tables providing a shaded and sunny option. Plenty of outdoor seating and loungers are scattered for you to relax and work on a golden tan. This is the perfect spot to unwind with a Mai Tai and watch a mesmerizing sunset dip behind the ocean. Depending on the season, you might even be lucky enough to watch the migrating whales or a nearby parasailer. The lanai is prepared with an outdoor light and fan, so you can enjoy sitting out here 24/7.

Additional lanai doors guide you back inside to the bedroom. The dual lanai doors offer an abundance of natural lighting and a gorgeous view of the ocean and the swaying palm trees. The luxurious King-size bed reminds you of paradise. Sink into the hand-stitched Hawaiian bedspread. There is also a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Nearby is an upscale bathroom with a walk-in shower and spacious vanity. Thermostatic control allows you to select your showering temperature.

The owners of this unit want your luxurious Hawaiian experience to continue all the way to the beach or pool. They have provided Tommy Bahama backpacking chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels for your use. Be sure to take this gear down with you to the complex swimming pool. The pool area has a large pool and hot tub with an ocean view. Plenty of lounge chairs surround this area. You will leave the Royal Sea Cliff feeling refreshed and wishing you could stay longer.

We provide 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and 1 cooler for guest use. Additionally, any beach equipment left behind by previous guests, including sunscreen, floats, and snorkels, is available for your enjoyment—feel free to use it during your stay!
