You'll never be far from the ocean in this stand-alone condo on the Kona Coast where nearly every room enjoys a seaside view. The three-bedroom and three-bath residence is one of the Kona's most luxurious properties with a beautiful oceanfront pool and the famous Magic Sands Beach Park a 3 minute walk away.

The breathtaking feature of this 2000 square feet of island charm are the large double slide away pocket doors that reveal a spacious lanai with a gorgeous ocean view. The equipped kitchen and covered lanai with BBQ that opens wide onto the dining room is perfect for enjoying the island life privately or entertaining while still basking in the ocean view.

Located on the second floor the primary bedroom features a Cal-king size bed, TV and an en suite bathroom and shower. The second bedroom conveniently has a en suite bathroom with tub & shower combination and king bed. Another king bed is in the 3rd bedroom, located on the lower main floor and can be made into twin beds upon request for a fee. All bedrooms are pleasantly air-conditioned.

Surrounded by beach parks and with the seaside Magic Beach Grill restaurant a few minutes walk away, there's always something to enjoy outside of the property. Or drive 5 minutes north or south on Alii Drive for charming shopping, restaurants, and farmers markets. The close by beach parks make snorkeling adventures a simple walk away, right from the complex's ocean gate.

Near-perfect...ideal spot for a Kona vacation
This property is in a great place right along the shore, near Magic Sands Beach. Beautiful views from the first- and second-floor lanai...even better from the pool area. Clean, well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances (and massive bonus points for proper kitchen knives...a rarity in rentals!). The Weber grill on the patio is also in good working order.The owners obviously take great pride in the home. It's tastefully decorated and has a modern but comfortable feel. Each bedroom has a separate climate control unit. Living room has a big TV that allows streaming. In-home wifi works well. Ditto for the washer and dryer.Some reviews mention road noise. It's there, but wasn't a real issue for us. If you stay for New Year's, though, there will be a lot of fireworks noise...probably true in most of Kona. Otherwise, no biggie. Overall, I can't really think of anything negative to say. We all agreed we'd stay there again.

Beautiful location!
Family of 3 adults and three teens/preteens stayed one week. It was walkable to several beaches and restaurants. The views were unbeatable. World class snorkeling in the bay in front of the property. Nice pool that was perfect for the kids. Lots of thoughtful details such as beach chairs, towels, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is exactly as portrayed in the photos. The ocean view from the lanai was spectacular, comfortable and protected from the weather. This was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Everything you could possibly want. The condo also provided beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach, cooler, and plenty of beach towels. Each bedroom had its own air conditioner as well as an air conditioner in the dining room. Parking was right outside the door And carts are provided for loading and unloading. We would absolutely come again!

Lovely oceanfront experience!
We had a great family stay for 8 nights here, and really felt like we lucked into a gem in comparison to some of the other rentals we looked at. The house is really well-appointed with things we used during our stay, the property overall is quiet and clean, and everything was very seamless and easy. We'd come back for sure.

Very convenient location but noise from Ali’i Drive is detrimental to those staying in either guest bedroom. Beautiful view from lanai, close to exit to parking and trash and very short walk to pool area. Gate code was a little confusing and getting out involved pressing another button that wasn’t well marked. Very close to a small market but Safeway was a bit of a drive. Not walkable to Kona.

This unit had the view, as promised, and the check-in procedure was the smoothest I've experienced with VRBO. The management worked with us and graciously allowed us a complimentary late check-out due to a rental car problem. The guest handbook was the most comprehensive I've seen yet. The only criticism I have is that our unit was right next to a busy road, and the road noise was intrusive. I do not remember seeing any mention of that in their listing. Other than that, great stay.

Incredible location
Amazing location, just a few minutes to Magic Sands beach and with prime diving/snorkeling in your backyard. Location super convenient, minutes to downtown Kona or up the hill to Keahou’s supermarket and restaurants. The unit was clean and comfortable, our family loved it.

Visited with my family for a week. The property was perfect. Clean, spacious, beach chairs provided. Just as advertised in the listing and its pictures. Close to tons of things to do and in a great location to go explore the rest of the island. We hope to come back!

Beautiful Property
This place was awesome. However, one shower was broken, and even though we were informed of this the day before arrival, it was very disappointing. It was supposed to get fixed while we were there, but didn't happen with no further communication. A credit would be nice since it turned out to be 2.5 bath instead of 3 bath during our stay. If not for that, I would would give 5 stars.

Wonderful location making it easy to get to everything we wanted to do and see. Management was very communicative with clear instructions. Great complex quit and peaceful. Only drawback is that there is a lot of street noise in the master bedroom.

Beautiful stay on the ocean
The property is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The view out the big sliding doors and on the lanai, with the palms framing the ocean with the sound of the waves is just gorgeous. When booking, the pictures showed only a small 4 person table on the lanai but there's a much bigger table that comfortably seats 6 - the owner should update the pics! The upstairs master suite is also stunning. All amenities were great and there was even snorkeling and other beach equipment provided. It's a very easy walk to magic sands and a little sheltered cove next to it with fantastic snorkeling. The only downside was the traffic noise in the evenings and mornings - the windows don't block it at all, but white noise machines were provided and later at night there was pretty much no traffic. A shoe rack in the front hall would be a welcome addition too. Overall, thanks for a fantastic stay, we'd love to go back!

Loved the place. It was on the higher side of pricing, but would recommend to anyone. The only “issue” I came a cross, was that the upstairs guest bedroom (not master) had a shower that needs some TLC. The catch to switch from bath to shower water was not fully functional, but still worked.

Exactly as advertised / a great property
Great location, well equipped, exactly as we expected, and a very responsive management company. Highly recommended. Road noise is somewhat noticeable in the bedrooms, but not enough to wake anyone up, but road noise doesn't impact any of the living areas of the house. Excellent location on the west coast, just south of Kona, and with great waterfront views, more than made up for some minor road noise. Would stay here again in a second.
