Lovely Oceanfront 4th Floor Condo with A/C

This lovely 4th (top) floor, two bedroom, two bath, bright, clean and oceanfront condo has everything that you'll need for a great vacation, including A/C! (Mini-Split System - not a separate blower in guest bedroom). It's located at the very oceanfront Kona Bali Kai Resort, Bld. 2, and is unit #415, so prime location in the middle section of the oceanfront building at the pool. Nice upgrades throughout with comfortable lounging and sleeping options for four guests. (There are now two lounge chairs on lanai . . photos taken while we waited for 2nd one!) Well equipped kitchen with lots of counterspace for ease of cooking in! Watch the surfers from your lanai, along with plenty of sea life as well! (Dolphins, whales (in season) and the large honus (sea turtles) that feed in the numerous tidepools there and then bask in the sun on the small beaches right out front.
