Incredibly amazing!!!
This unit is incredbly amazing! It is located in a gated community right on the ocean, with easy access to drive into town and visit local attrations and dining establishments. There is a labeled parking spot, which is close to the unit and allows for easy access to and from the unit. The tennis courts and swimming pool are located near this unit, too! The unit itself is clean and set up well. The view from the lanai is breathtaking and hearing the waves crash against the shore is super relaxing. The screen doors were used for most of our time here so we always were able to hear the waves. The sunsets...oh, the sunsets! Paul is quick to respond to messages and ensures things are set up and working properly. We had a minor problem with the new dishwasher not draining. We let Paul know and he was able to come to the unit and problem solve in a quick and efficient manner. We were given a later checkout time and a giftcard to a restaurant due to this minor inconvenience. It is clear that Paul and Cindy strive for 5 star experiences and we are so grateful! We hope to be back again to stay even longer!

Beautiful ocean front condo
We’ve been to the Big Island several times, and KKSR twice now, and this condo was wonderful. Perfect location to sit on the lanai and watch the whales and dolphins. Shopping, restaurants and gas are right up the hill. The owners provided everything we needed, including some goodies and I loved the Lilikoi pancakes! Condo was spacious and most of the furnishings were very nice. Pool isn’t heated, but it was refreshing nonetheless. Could use some deep cleaning, but we would definitely stay here again.

The ocean is your backyard
My husband and I enjoyed the gorgeous views and warm breezes from the very private lanai that this condo offers. The location is easy and convenient to town with shopping and dining near by. The pool and grounds are also private and beautiful!

Great location and view!
This is a great condo in a perfect location. Close to beaches, snorkeling, grocery store and downtown Kona-Kailua. The view from the lanai and the sound of the waves rolling into the lava reef are impressive. Awesome sunsets. The condo is well equipped. Thank you for the goodies. The cookies and pineapple were delicious and appreciated the flavored Kcups. We appreciated the chairs and cooler. We brought our own snorkeling equipment and used it frequently at the close by beach. The highlight we would recommend is snorkeling with the Manta Rays and a snorkeling trip to Captain Cook monument. Of course, a trip to Volcano National Park and the waterfalls at Hilo. So much to see and do in Kona and Hilo we were glad we booked 10 nights. Unfortunately the appliances could be upgraded especially the dishwasher (so much rust) and the laundry facilities could be cleaner as someone else previously mentioned.

Great Views!
This was a perfect spot. It was great to be right in the water and hear the ocean all night. Condo was very clean. Location is further away from downtown Kona- 15-20 drive, but we appreciate to be away from crowds. Grocery store just up the hill.
