A design lover's dream, this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is among the top tier of luxury villas at Hualalai. The warm color palette and design features of this villa were inspired by a painting that hangs in the living area titled "The End of a Perfect Day". The design team has used this painting to orchestrate an experience that is like being inside a work of art. The Hawaiian ohana design style includes contemporary flourishes to create the modern luxury experience you expect from the Hualalai Resort. The villa's decor includes grass mat ceiling treatments, dark-stained Mahogany wood work, furniture from Donghia, Berman Rosetti, and A. Rudin, as well as pieces from the eminent Hawaiian artists Darrell Hill and Arthur Johnsen. The vaulted ceiling and mirrors in the primary bedroom echo the spectacular views from the sliding doors (with motorized blinds!) that open onto a private lanai. Enjoy a a walk-in-closet, soaking tub, walk-in-shower and dual vanities in the Master bathroom. The second bedroom includes a walk-in closet, full private bathroom with walk-in-shower, and tropical paradise views from the window. The third bedroom also includes a closet and full bathroom with a tub/shower combo plus two twin beds that can be combined to form a king bed. The main lanai boasts floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open completely to the adjoining and spacious living and dining areas. The lanai offers a dining table for alfresco dining and lounge seating and a build in BBQ. Whether you're preparing an afternoon snack for the kids, a morning cup of coffee to enjoy in the breakfast nook, or being served by a private chef, the gourmet kitchen is the envy of any culinary aficionado. There is bar seating as well to enjoy a quick breakfast or to view the chef create their magical dishes. The owner of this property, who has enjoyed a long history at the resort, fell in love with this special villa and is offering it to rent for the first time. Located on Waiulu Street, the villa is a just a four-minute ride in the 4-seater golf cart to the beach, spa, restaurants, and other resort amenities. Bring your family to the owners-only recreational area with aqua blue swimming pool, wet bar, and barbecue havana, located just down the street and unlocked to you with the keys to our villa! Once your reservation with us is confirmed, we will register you with Hualalai's Residential Concierge. From establishing a resort-wide charge account to arranging golf and dining reservations to scheduling excursions, they are happy to assist you prior to your arrival and throughout your stay.

Guests are offered access to amenities at the Hualalai Resort. Daily Resort fees are NOT INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RENTAL RATE, and are required to gain access to the Hualalai Resort amenities, but are not mandatory to book this residential vacation rental.

Great stay
This is our second stay at the property. We really enjoy the property because it’s a perfect size for our 5 person family. The large living room and kitchen are connected so everyone can interact. The guest bedrooms are perfect size for the kids and the master bedroom is nice sized. The kitchen is well equipped. Mornings and late afternoons are spent on the outdoor patio overlooking the golf course. The neighborhood is very quiet. The golf cart makes it easy to get around. We paid for the resort use and spent a lot of time snorkeling and at the pool. The concierge service was very helpful to schedule activities. Of you plan to do the helicopter tour, spend the extra money to land at the waterfall. Overall, our go to place when staying on the big island.

Very nice house
We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was clean and everything was in working order. The family used the golf court everyday, making it easy to get to the resort. The property manager was very helpful. Thank you for making it a great stay!

Beautifully appointed villa
My family loved this villa and the property management company (Elite Pacific) is top-notch. This villa was perfect for our family of six and so well appointed with high-end furnishings, linens, and accessories. We decided to stay at this villa over the hotel because our friends were staying in another villa close by and we were more than happy with our decision. We still had access to the hotel amenities but also benefitted from having a home base where we could all hang out together. When there was a minor hiccup with the provided golf cart, the property management company was able to resolve the issue very quickly. They were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be returning to this villa on our next visit!
