Great apartment in Kailua
The rental was centrally located and the check-in process was smooth. The only issue was that the power was out when we arrived and we had to turn on the main switch. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The unit also had beach towels, picnic blankets, and snorkeling equipment which was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Hard time finding the exact condo. Better instructions ….didnt know it was third story..although we enjoyed the view. We would stay there again. We were offered choices for extended stay. we only got 1 hour check out. The maid still showed up at 10 am…didnt know we were leaving at 11.

Very comfortable condo that is well-maintained and equipped for a family staying on the Big Island. The condo is in a very quiet complex with a nice pool, barbecue grills, etc. Only a block from the downtown area so convenient to shops and restaurants. Assigned parking spot so you know where you will be parking. Distant view of the ocean and very nice greenery on the grounds

Amazing location, view and cleanliness!
The condo was incredibly clean and organized. We were very close to all the downtown attractions and has an amazing view from the 3rd floor. The bed was comfortable and all of the kitchen appliances were brand new. We felt very comfortable and safe within the condo. Was great to have our own covered parking spot. We enjoyed the pool and relaxing sun chairs. We’ve stayed in this complex on many trips, and this condo is by far the nicest experience.

Great condo
The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed! The bed was very comfortable and the check in process was easy! Only thing we didn’t like was a couple of nights we were woken up by people yelling outside. That being said we never felt unsafe I just think the homeless population is bad in Kona. The location was great, central to everything and loved having a reserved parking spot! If we ever come back to the big island we would rent this space again.

Condo is in very good condition. Has all the kitchen equipment we needed to fix meals in the condo. Easy walking distance to the markets and stores. Is on the third floor and there is not a elevator, stairs are good for you! Nice pool area. Has cable TV. Has a three ring binder of information which was very helpful. Nice view from the balcony.

Excellent Central Location! Right across the street from Beach 🏖
This was my second time staying in this Development but the first time in this Unit. The Condo Development is “very basic” looking upon arrival but the Location, Pool and BBQ Area are delightful. This Condo was in a great location and was extremely clean upon arrival. In addition, it had all the amenities one could ask for available. Iced cold waters in the fridge upon arrival, fresh Kona coffee and all sundry items needed in the Bathroom. The owner also, very generously, has lawn chairs and beach towels for your use. I’d highly recommend staying here - Clean, Excellent Location and competitive daily rates. The Wi-Fi needs upgrading, it is very slow and the unit can get quite warm/hot. Other than that, highly recommend!
