Great location. Loved that is was cabins and not a hotel. Comfortable and spacious room but no closet, dresser, luggage rack or any good spot to put a suitcase.

Absolutely phenomenal. Stay great service from Adele and Maria as well as from the restaurant staff the food. The restaurant is incredible especially the bison medallions. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Loved the feel of the grounds and access to Johnston Canyon. Very much appreciated food & coffee access. Restaurant service was…odd? Had we known how much we would enjoy it, would have stayed here our entire trip

Quant little cabin. Warm and toasty for our wet days on the trails. Very comfy beds clean. Refrigerator was in the room and we had a microwave brought in front m housekeeping. We ate our food that we brought because there was only one restaurant at the facility and it was very expensive. Would recommend.

Cobwebs hanging from ceiling. 10 spiders had to be eliminated. Front porch not swept. Had to request all cleaning and towel services. Service every other day expected but not done. Sheet on mattress not fitting properly. Mattress overhangs base quite a bit. Staff was friendly. Good location. Food okay to good. Coffee terrible. Bison burger excellent.

I did not liked to come to hotel without anyone that instruct me where is my room and how to get the key to the room. After one hour i found someone not from the hotel that. Helped me. Tthan you are in the room the cofee macheine is not working. Calls and messages were answered only at 7 am in the morning

I liked the cute unique cozy cabins, convience of being centrally located, and how the tour buses were about to pick us up directly and bring us to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. I wish they had microwaves, and also the BBQ area was lighted for being there in dark. And the grills could use a good cleaning daily.

Overlooking Johnston Canyon trail
The cabin overlooked the Johnston Canyon trail hike. It was nice and quiet. Staff were friendly. Coffee was delicious. Spring water was also great tasting. WIFI worked well. No cable but can borrow movies. Peaceful stay.
