I have stayed in Signature Lux many times. It used to be a pleasure, quick check-in, clean rooms and great location. My last stay did not live up to my expectations. Problems checking in, little to no help from frontdesk, even though my booking was paid in full. After spending 35 min on hold with hotels.com, it was finally sorted out.
Room was not clean. Toilet lid was very dirty, not to mention the dust and filth under the bed.
This was always my Sandton hotel of choice, but not again.
