Great location that is close to the airport but also the main shopping areas. The bed was comfortable and I especially loved the complimentary breakfast :) The only thing the bedroom needed is a mirror outside of the bathroom. But otherwise I really enjoyed my stay!

Reserved the 2 bedroom ocean panoramic view suite. Was on the 12th floor and the view was great. No complaints about the room, cleanliness, water pressure/temperature, comfortable bed, etc, were all fine. The staff was friendly and helpful, quickly retrieving our car or calling a taxi for us. Would definitely recommend.

I booked 3 rooms with sea view but can’t see the sea. I paid more fur sea view but it’s a scam by advertising sea view. I want to warn others not to be tricked by them. This property in right on the main road not far from the airport and not by the sea.

Perfect room for family of 4. Well organised rooms and staff was nice. The only thing we didnt like was that we were told that we couldnt park onsite and instead had to walk 3 blocks away on a heavy raining day. We originally booked the place because it says parking available. Guess you have to make sure whether its "onsite" or "offsite" parking

Safe, clean, modern. Appreciate the electronic dialpad for the rooms - do away with keys. Would have appreciated more parking - though their alt site had ample space, it was a bit of a walk from the hotel.

Lovely hotel in Jeju-si. Rooms were nice and modern, with heated floors - a nice bonus in winter. Very cool lobby with vending machines and free breakfast was a nice bonus. We didn’t use parking but the option is available.
