Room had not been properly cleaned before we checked-in. Hairs on the floor and room not properly dusted for possibly weeks based on how thick dust layers were behind the bed and desk. Expected better for star rating of hotel. Staff friendly, food ok.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There are also cafes and restaurants very close to the hotel. It’s close to the intercity bus terminal so that you can easily get a bus to another part of the island for sightseeing.

Great Place to Stay in Jeju-si
Fabulous location one block off the main road in the center of town. Short walk to shops, restaurants, bus stops and a 5-minute walk to the central bus station. Less than 10 minute taxi ride to the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again

Convenient location
Convenient stay to access the city and cherry blossom festival which was within 10 minutes walking distance. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly especially our cleaning lady on the 10th floor. Handy to have parking on site in the city. G25 incorporated into the hotel was very useful.

We were disappointed to learn that there is a fee for everything, it’s 10,000 KRW to use the gym, it’s 10000 KRW for late check out and don’t forget your toothbrush because you have to buy one from the onsite convenience store

Locations is great but room furniture needs to be replace is in bad condition. Compare to other hotels with lower rating it was disappointing. On the positive side staff was exceptionally great.
