The staff attended to my check-in, Riki, was extremely helpful and has great initiative. As we travelled in a big group of 3 families (11 ppl including kids), priority was transportation as we were heading to Bandung via Whoosh. He assisted in coordinating transport with the drivers and provided me with updates and with his help, the process was such a breeze. So, Thank you Riki for your great service!

This hotel was a little bright spot in the midst of a long, multi-flight voyage. The staff was very attentive, and the room we were in was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was located right at Terminal 2–which was very convenient. We would stay here again.

It was conveniently located but dragging your bags up the ramp was difficult. The walk to the rooms was very long and not explained or helped with. The whole building is dark and outdated.
